Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Shaarq, a product by Socials10x. They apply to the website at tryshaarq.com, the application at app.tryshaarq.com, the free tools and any related services (together, the Service).

By creating an account, starting a subscription or using any part of the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Shaarq is a LinkedIn growth workspace. Depending on your plan, it can help you research your market and prospects, score leads against your ideal customer profile, run personalized outreach and follow ups, capture intent signals, engage with prospects and create LinkedIn content.

The features, limits and usage allowances available to you are those described for your plan at the time of purchase. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, you can cancel as described below.

Shaarq works with your LinkedIn account. LinkedIn is an independent platform operated by LinkedIn Corporation, which is not affiliated with Shaarq and does not endorse the Service.

You are solely responsible for complying with the LinkedIn User Agreement and any other platform rules that apply to you. LinkedIn may limit, restrict or suspend accounts at its own discretion, including accounts that use automation. We do not control those decisions and are not responsible for any restriction, loss of access or loss of data on LinkedIn or any other third party platform.

Where the Service integrates with other tools you choose to connect, such as a CRM, your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or annually depending on the option you choose at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Launch pricing, where offered, applies only for the period stated at purchase, for example the first year. After that period your plan renews at the standard price shown for that plan unless you cancel before renewal.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by a third party payment provider, and you authorize us and that provider to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until payment is completed. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal, giving you time to cancel if you do not wish to continue.

There is no lock in and no minimum contract term. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like.

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account moves off the paid plan.

You can also upgrade or downgrade between plans. Any change in what you pay applies as described at the time you make the change.

All payments are final and non refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused allowances, downgrades or periods when the Service was not used, including for annual subscriptions and launch pricing.

Because you can cancel at any time, we encourage you to try the free tools and review plan details before you subscribe. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to you.

We offer free tools on tryshaarq.com, such as calculators, a text formatting tool and AI powered research tools. They are provided free of charge, as is, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

Some free tools use artificial intelligence and public web search results. Their output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and should be treated as a starting point for your own judgement, not as verified fact.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service, such as your ICP details, messages, posts and lists. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for the content you create and send, and for having a lawful basis to process and contact the people you target. AI generated suggestions, including messages and posts, are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them before you use them.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text and graphics, belongs to Shaarq and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to research, score and draft. AI output may contain errors. Lead scores, fit verdicts, intent signals and similar outputs are estimates, not facts.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as a number of connections, replies, meetings, customers or revenue. Any figures shown in examples, calculators or marketing material are illustrative.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. It may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or events outside our control, and it depends on third party services such as LinkedIn, hosting, AI and payment providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaarq and Socials10x will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, or for any restriction of your LinkedIn or other third party accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and compensate Shaarq and Socials10x for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your outreach, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third party platform rules.

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk for us, other users or third parties. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should continue, including no refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give reasonable notice through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent.
